HiTaste is one of the most well-known Heat-not-Burn brands on the market. In fact, their P5 and P6 models are so impressive that we consider them to be almost on-par with devices from big tobacco manufacturers, such as IQOS and GLO. Quick 2.4 is an older model from HiTaste, but it is still a solid device if you’re looking for something simple and straightforward. It’s definitely worth trying but would probably be best as a back-up device. HiTaste Quick 2.4 gives you 17 consecutive uses, offers temperature adjustment and self-cleaning, and is available for the low price of $25USD.

In your HiTaste Quick 2.4 kit you will find; the device, the manual, a Quality Control Card, other documents*, a USB cable, and elastics.
*Note: it looks like these are in Mandarin or Cantonese, we can’t read them so we aren’t sure what they say – if any of you can read them leave us a comment and let us know, we’ll add it to the review to help other readers.
Before using the device make sure to check the battery by clicking the control button twice. The color of the LED light will indicate what percent charge is remaining. Green means 60% or more. Blue is 60%-20%. Red means 20% or less. If your device is not fully charged, we recommend charging by connecting the device to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes approximately 2 hours, 48 minutes.
HOW TO USE

Once your device is charged, it’s ready to go. Here’s how to operate it;
- Insert HeatStick
- Set temperature by clicking control button 5 times, light changes color
- Green = high
- Blue = medium
- Red = low
- Click control button 3 times to turn on
- Light flashes when heating begins
- Heating takes approximately 15 seconds
- When ready to use, device will vibrate and light turns solid
- Cycle lasts 5 minutes, 2 seconds approximately
- When cycle done, device will vibrate, light flashes, then light turns off
- Remove HeatStick
HiTaste Quick 2.4 is a multi-use device. Our test users got 17 consecutive uses before needing to charge.
Remember to clean your device regularly to prevent build-up. HiTaste Quick 2,.4 makes cleaning easy since it has a self-cleaning function. To use the self-cleaning, just click the control button 8 times in rapid succession. The LED light will begin flashing when cleaning starts. Cleaning takes 27 seconds.
You should also do a manual clean about once per week, depending on how often you use the device. To do so, insert either cleaning sticks or a cleaning brush into the heating chamber and wipe away any grime. HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The HiTaste brand does not product their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.
