WOULD WE RECOMMEND?
We really liked this device. It’s easy to use and holds an okay charge with 22 consecutive uses. Our only complaint is that the control button can be a bit difficult to see/feel, so if you don’t have good lighting it’s a bit awkward.
Remember that if you want temperature adjustment, you need to get the JOUZ 20 Pro, as this device – JOUZ 20 – doesn’t have it.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JOUZ 20 & JOUZ 20 PRO
JOUZ 20 Pro is an updated version of JOUZ 20. JOUZ 20 Pro offers temperature adjustment, Bluetooth connectivity, and has a premium leather exterior. Other than these differences, both devices share the same functions.

UNBOXING
In your JOUZ 20 kit you will find; the device, the manual, a cleaning guide, a USB cable, a cleaning device, cleaning sticks, and 2 dust covers.
When you first open your kit, make sure to check the device charge. To do so click the control button once. The number of lights that light up will show you the level of charge remaining. 3 lights means more than 70% charge remaining, 2 lights means 70%-35%, and 1 light is less than 35%. If your device has less than 35% charge, we recommend charging before use. To do so, push down on the USB charging port on the bottom of the device so that it opens, then connect to a power source via the USB cable. JOUZ 20 takes approximately 2 hours, 30 minutes to charge fully.
HOW TO USE
Now that you’re JOUZ 20 device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how;
- Insert the HeatStick
- Turn on:
- press and hold control button
- Device will vibrate and lights flash when heating begins
- heating takes approximately 20 seconds
- Device will vibrate and lights will be lit when ready to use
- cycle lasts 6 minutes or 16 puffs
- Warning vibration and lights flash white, then another vibration when cycle ends and lights turn off
- Remove HeatStick by pushing cap up and pulling HeatStick out
JOUZ does come equipped with automatic cleaning. To activate automatic cleaning just press and hold the control button for approximately 6 seconds, or until all 3 lights begin to flash. Automatic cleaning takes 30 seconds.
Make sure you also manually clean the device. To do so, remove the cap and insert the cleaning brush or cleaning sticks into the heating chamber. Use them to sweep away any grime.
If you are worried about debris getting into your heating chamber when your JOUZ 20 device is turned off, simply put the dust cover on.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The JOUZ brand does not produce their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS or Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.

WARRANTY
The JOUZ 20 kit includes a 1-year warranty for the device and blade. If you need to enact the warranty simply contact JOUZ at support@jouz.com. Depending on the condition of the device, it could possibly be replaced with a new device at no extra charge.
