This device doesn’t give you a whole lot of consecutive uses (only 12-13) but it is still great if you need something fast, easy, and convenient.

UNBOXING
In your iBuddy Se kit you will find; the device, the manual, a USB cable, and a cleaning brush.
Once you’ve unboxed your kit, check the device charge by pressing the control button once. The LED indicator light will show the percent of charge remaining in the device. Blue indicates more than 70% charge remaining, green is 70%-50%, and yellow is less than 50% charge. If your device needs charging, just connect it to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes approximately 35 minutes!
HOW TO USE
Now that you’re iBuddy Se device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how;
- Insert the HeatStick
- Press and hold control button to turn on
- Device will vibrate and light will begin flashing red to show heating has started
- heating takes approximately 18 seconds
- Device will vibrate and light will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
- cycle lasts 4 minutes
- Device will give warning vibration before turning off
- Light will turn off when cycle ends
- Remove HeatStick by pushing eject switch up and pulling HeatStick out
NOTE* The manufacturer recommends waiting 3-5 minute between HeatSticks for the best experience
Make sure you clean your device regularly, as cleaning is the best way to keep your device functioning well.
To clean, wait until the device is cool then push HeatStick eject button and remove the heating chamber insert. Then just use the cleaning brush to sweep away any built-up grime in the heating chamber. Replace the heating chamber insert when you’re done.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The iBuddy brand does not produce their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.

WARRANTY
iBuddy does not disclose their warranty terms. Instead, the company recommends that you contact them if you have technical issues with your device or are not satisfied up to 14 days after receiving your iBuddy device, but only if it was purchased from iBuddy directly. It appears that if you purchased the device from an alternative distributor (for example, an unauthorized Aliexpress store), your device will not be covered by a warranty in any way.
