WOULD WE RECOMMEND?
Overall, Aokey is a pretty good device – it’s easy to use, has several features, such as a display screen and temperature adjustment, and gets 30 continuous uses – but is it worth the money? I’m not sure. $70USD is alot for this device compared to some of the other, more sophisticated products that you can get for the same amount. Nevertheless, if you want something easy to use but durable, this may be the device you decide is right for you.

DESIGN: Aokey IX has a unique design that is easy to operate. We tend to find that devices with screens are very complex to use and have alot of features. The Aokey IX device is not like that. Our only design concern is that the screen is a little bit hard to see since it’s so small.
UNBOXING
In the Aokey IX kit you will find the IX device, the manual, a quality control card, a USB cable, and a cleaning brush.
To charge your device, connect it to a power source via the USB cable. The level of charge will show up on the display screen. Charging takes approximately 2 hours.
HOW TO USE
Now that you’re Aokey IX device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how;
- Insert the HeatStick
- Click the control button 5 times to turn on
- screen will turn on when heating begins

- heating takes approximately 5 seconds

- Set temperature by pressing and holding the control button
- choose ‘L’ for ‘LOW’ or ‘H’ for ‘HIGH’
- When heating is over, a countdown will show on screen
- cycle lasts for 4 minutes, 40 seconds
- When cycle is done, remove HeatStick
Since this is a multi-use device you can begin another cycle immediately if you choose.
To keep your Aokey IX device working well make sure you clean it regularly. Unfortunately, this device does not have automatic cleaning, so you will have to clean it manually with the cleaning brush.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The Aokey brand does not produce their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.

WARRANTY
Aokey IX does come with a 1-year warranty that covers the device, so long as there is no damage as a result of misuse. Aokey also offers a 2-month exchange policy, however return shipping is at the expense of the consumer.
