For the price Coeus Arch is a good device. It’s basic in function for sure, but an excellent fit for casual users or anyone who is new to HnB and doesn’t want to spend a fortune. 22 consecutive uses is a pretty good amount. Our one concern is that the device does feel a bit fragile – it seems susceptible to cracking.

In your Coeus Arch kit you will find; the device, the manual, a USB cable, and a cleaning brush.
As always you’ll check the device’s charge before using by clicking the control button once. The number of lights that turn on show the amount of charge remaining. 4 lights indicates 100%-75% charge remaining, 3 lights, 74%-50%, 2 lights is 49%-25%, and 1 light is 25% charge or less. If your device needs charging, connect to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes approximately 2 hours, 15 minutes.
HOW TO USE
Now that your Coeus Arch device is fully charged, you can turn it on. Here’s how;
Heat180
- Insert the HeatStick
- Click control button 5 times to turn on
- Device will vibrate and light will begin flashing to show heating has started
- heating takes approximately 10 seconds
- Set temperature while device is heating
- press and hold control button
- light color changes to show temperature setting
- green = low temperature
- red = high temperature
- Device will vibrate and light will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
- cycle lasts 4 minutes, 40 seconds
- Device will vibrate and lights turn off when cycle ends
- Remove HeatStick by pushing HeatStick eject button up and pulling HeatStick out
To care for your device, clean regularly. Unfortunately Arch does not offer a self-cleaning function so you will have to rely on the cleaning brush that is provided in the kit. Use it to carefully brush away any gunk that is stuck in the HeatSticks heating chamber. We recommend cleaning at least once per week, depending on how often you use the device.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The Coeus brand does not produce their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.

WARRANTY
Coeus Arch does come with a 1-year warranty that covers the device, so long as there is no damage as a result of misuse. Coeus also offers a 2-month exchange policy, however return shipping is at the expense of the consumer.
