PMI, IQOS Wins 2020 BIG Innovation Award

Philip Morris International, the maker of IQOS, announced on January 23, 2020 that the company is a recipient of a 2020 BIG Innovation Award for their work in the development and advancement of smoke-free products.

BIG Innovation Award recipients must submit their innovations to be judged by an expert panel. The panel then chooses which companies they feel have best displayed “tremendous creativity, vision and passion to help improve our experiences and lives.”

Philip Morris highlighted that not only have their smoke-free products helped to advance harm reduction, but also that PMI has has a huge impact on the global growth of the field.
