WOULD WE RECOMMEND?
Heat-not-Burn devices tend to have a brand name and a model name. For example, ‘IQOS’ is the brand name, ‘3 DUO’ is the model name. ‘HiTaste’ is the brand name and ‘P6’ is the model name. However not all devices have this. X7 is a device that has a model name, but no brand name.
| You may be wondering ‘Isn’t it disadvantageous for the manufacturer to product a device without a brand name?’ Not necessarily. Some manufacturers focus moreso on wholesale than they do on individual device sales, as there is greater stability in wholesaling if the manufacturer can secure contracts/partnerships with wholesalers and resellers. In order to appeal to wholesalers and resellers some manufacturers don’t put a brand name on their devices so that whoever purchases their products can put their logo on the devices and resell them as their own. Despite not belonging to a brand, X7 is a pretty solid device. It gives you 20 consecutive uses and offers automatic cleaning. It’s simple and easy to use. Good for a backup device. Our only concern is that there is no warranty with this device, so if you do have technical difficulties, you’re out of luck.

UNBOXING
In your X7 kit you will find; the device, the manual, and a USB cable.
Once you’ve unboxed your X7 device you can check its charge by pressing the control button once. The color the light flashes indicates what level of charge is still remaining. Dark blue means there is 75% or more charge remaining, light blue means 75%-50%, orange/yellow is 50%-25%, and red means 25% or less. If the color is anything other than dark blue, charge your device by connecting it to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes approximately 1 hour, 40 minutes .
HOW TO USE
Once your X7 device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how;
- Insert the HeatStick
- Press and hold the control button
- Device will vibrate and light will begin flashing to show heating has started
- heating takes approximately 20 seconds
- Device will vibrate and light will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
- cycle lasts 4.5 minutes
- Device will vibrate and lights turn of when cycle is done
- Remove HeatStick by pushing cap up and pulling HeatStick out
The X7 offers automatic-cleaning. To use the feature just click the control button 5 times. The cleaning process will take about 1 minute, 30 seconds. When the cleaning process is over the light will turn off and the device will vibrate twice.
For manual cleaning wait until the device is fully cooled then remove the cap and the HeatSticks heating chamber insert. Then, use the cleaning brush to gently loosen any tobacco residue that is still in the heating chamber or on the blade.

X7 does not come with a warranty, nor does it come with any manufacturer contact information. This means that if you have problems with the device, you’re up the creek, so it’s important with this device to weigh the pros and cons money-wise. Yes it’s a good quality device for cheap, but there are some risks in purchasing this device.
