UNBOXING

In your UWOO Y1 kit you will find; the device, the manual, a USB cable, a cleaning brush, and a cleaning spoon.

Once you’ve unboxed the device you can check the charge by clicking the control button once. The lights show the level of charge. 4 lights meaning that there is 75%+ charge remaining, 3 lights means 75%-50%, 2 lights means 50%-25%, and 1 light means that there is 25% or less charge remaining. Charging will take 3 hours.

HOW TO USE

Now that you’re UWOO Y1 device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how;

1. Set temperature
   • click control button 4 times
   • the number of lights lit shows the temperature setting
     • 4 lights = highest temperature
     • 3 lights = high temperature
     • 2 lights = mid temperature
     • 1 light = low temperature
2. Insert the HeatStick
3. Press and hold the control button to turn on
4. Device will vibrate and lights will turn on one-by-one
   • heating time depends on set temperature
5. Device will vibrate and all light will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
   • cycle lasts 5 minutes or 12 puffs
6. Device will give warning vibration before turning off and lights start flashing
7. Light will turn off when cycle ends
8. Remove HeatStick by pushing cap up and pulling HeatStick out

NOTE* the manufacturer recommends waiting 5 minutes between uses for an optimal experience

UWOO recommends that you clean your device after every 10-15 cycles. This isn’t difficult since UWOO Y1 is equipped with automatic-cleaning. To use it, just press the control button 7 times. When cleaning starts the device will vibrate and the lights will flash until the cleaning process is complete. Cleaning takes around 1 minute, 25 seconds.

You’ll also want to manually clean the device – the manufacturer recommends every 10-15 HeatSticks. To do so, just remove the cap and insert the cleaning brush into the heating chamber. Use the brush to sweep away any grime. You can also use the cleaning spoon to scrape off burnt debris, just remember to be careful as the blade can be damaged with too much force.

HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW

The UWOO brand produces their own HeatSticks, called CIGOO. However, their devices are still designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.
