Is this a cool looking device or what? The manufacturer seems to have really had fun with this device. M20’s got a high-tech vibe. George, who you see on our YouTube channel, said it reminds him of Star Wars.
Beyond the design, MSN M20 is a pretty good device. It gives you 20 consecutive uses, it has a locking feature, and it offers 3 different temperature settings. Best of all, it’s available for only $27USD! We recommend MSN M20 big time!

QUALITY: Great! When you hold it you can tell that this device is well made and tough. It’s made of some kind of metal. The blade seems sturdy also.

In your MSN M20 kit you will find; the device, the manual, a Quality Control Card, a USB cable, and cleaning sticks.
Once you’ve opened your device you can unlock it by pressing and holding the control button for 5 seconds. The LED light will flash green and then white.
When it’s unlocked you can check the charge level by clicking the control button once. The LED light will change color depending on the level of charge remaining. Green means 100%-80% remaining. Blue means 80%-20%. Red means 20%-0%. If your light flashes anything other than green we recommend charging by connecting the device to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes 2 hours, 47 minutes in total.
HOW TO USE

Now that the device is charged you can use it. To do so;
- Unlock by pressing and holding control button for 5 seconds
- LED light turns green, then flashes white
- Insert HeatStick
- Manual says to change temperature before heating, but our device only worked after heating
- Click control button 3 times to heat
- Device will vibrate and the light will flash white
- Heating takes 8 seconds
- Click control button 3 more times to change temperature
- Blue = low
- White = high*
- *NOTE: device will vibrate when it changes to high temperature, but doesn’t vibrate when it changes to low temperature
- When ready to use the device will vibrate twice and the light turns solid
- Cycle lasts for 3 minutes, 54 seconds
- When cycle ends, vibrate and light turns off
- Remove HeatStick by lifting up cap and pulling HeatStick out
- Lock by pressing and holding control button for 5 seconds
MSN M20 can be used multiple times before needing to be charged. Our test users got 20 consecutive uses.
Unfortunately MSN M20 doesn’t offer self-cleaning. We’d recommend cleaning at least once per week, depending on how often you use your device.
To clean, remove the cap, insert a cleaning stick into the heating chamber and gently wipe away any grime of built-up residue.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The MSN brand does not product their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.

MSN M20 comes with a 3 month warranty, however it applies only to the battery. If you take advantage of the warranty you must return the device to the manufacturer. It is unknown whether the cost of shipping is covered by the manufacturer or not.
