WOULD WE RECOMMEND?
Kamry GXG Push is as simple as Heat-not-Burn devices get. There is a switch to turn it on, then off again. You get 14 consecutive uses, so not overly powerful, but good if you just use HnB casually or if you prioritize simple over all else. Great deal at $20USD!

UNBOXING
In your Kamry GXG Push kit you will find; the device, the manual, a warranty card, USB cable, and cleaning sticks.
Usually, once you’ve unboxed your device, the first thing you want to do is check it’s charge. The GXG doesn’t actually have a feature where you can do that so, we recommend plugging it in and charging anyways so that you can be confident that you have a full charge when you next use it. To do so, just connect the device to a power source via the USB cable. A red LED light will appear next to the USB port to indicate that the device is not at full charge. Once it is fully charged the light will turn off and it will be ready to use.
NOTE:*Some content for GXG Push claim that the LED light will change color when charging to indicate charge percentage. An info graphic on the AliExpress store we purchased from said “The LED light will keep going on when charging. The light is red when it is below 3.8V, the light is white when it is 3.8V-4.05V, and the light is green when it is above 4.05V. The LED light will be off when the device is full charged” We did not experience this. Our device’s light stayed red until fully charged, and then turned off.
HOW TO USE
Now that you’re Kamry GXG Push device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how;
- Insert the HeatStick
- Flip control switch to ‘ON’
- Light will turn green, then start flashing white while device heats
- Light will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
- heating takes approximately 15 seconds
- Device will vibrate and lights will be lit when ready to use
- cycle lasts 3 minutes, 15 seconds
- Light turns off when cycle ends
- Remove HeatStick by pushing cap up and pulling HeatStick out
As a general rule, it is best to clean your HnB device regularly. We recommend cleaning Kamry GXG Push once a week. As mentioned above this device does not have a self cleaning feature, meaning that you must use the cleaning sticks which are provided in your kit.
To clean, wait until the device is cool then remove the cap by pulling up. Once you’ve removed the cap, you can also pull up on the metal protective case that goes around the blade. Then gently, clean the blade and surrounding area with a cleaning stick. You’ll also want to clean the inner rim of the metal protective case with the cleaning stick and carefully tap on it until the loosened residue falls out.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The Kamry brand does not produce their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.

WARRANTY
The Kamry GXG Push kit contains a warranty card which promises a 7-day money back guarantee from the date you received the device and a 3 month replacement for the kit, battery, and/or mod.
To take advantage of the 7-day money back guarantee you must return the device in its original packaging to the manufacturer. The warranty does not answer whether the seller will incur the cost of return shipping or whether that’s left to the customer.
For the 3 month replacement warranty, you can keep the device so long as you send the: 1. Order Number, 2. Product Description (e.g. name and model), and 3. photo or video evidence of the damage or technical difficulty.
