GLO Nano is new and flashy and looks completely unlike any GLO devices that came before it. But is it good enough that we recommend it?
Unfortunately, no.
The reason we say we wouldn’t recommend this device is that it seems that in order to become more visually appealing, GLO sacrificed product quality and functionality. With GLO Nano you get a meager 10-12 consecutive uses before needing to recharge the device. This is extremely disappointing seeing as with GLO and GLO Series 2 you could get over 40 continuous cycles and with GLO Series 2 Mini you got 18. GLO Nano simply doesn’t live up to the standard that previous GLO devices set.
Other than the issue of device power, Nano worked fine and is considerably satisfying. For $30USD it wouldn’t be a huge financial loss if you do want to try GLO Nano but, personally, I would recommend saving yourself some money and choosing the more powerful GLO Pro instead.

QUALITY: It seems okay quality-wise, possibly not as sturdy as the other GLO devices we’ve tested.
DESIGN: The design is nice. It’s obvious that this design was heavily inspired by popular devices like IQOS 3.0 Multi and Lil Solid Plus.

In your GLO Nano kit you will find; the device, the manual, a Quick Start Guide, a warranty card, a USB adaptor (note: adaptor style varies based on region of purchase), a USB cable, and a cleaning brush.
As always, we recommend checking to make sure that the device is fully charged before using it. To do so just click the control button once. The 4 lights that surround the control button show the remaining charge . If all 4 lights are lit then the device has 100-75% charge remaining, is 3 lights are lit then 74-50% remaining, two lights means 49-25%, 1 light means 24-1%, and if all lights flash then the device has 0% charge remaining. If your device needs charge, connect it to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes approximately 1 hour, 20 minutes.
HOW TO USE

Now that your GLO Nano device is charged you can begin using it. Here’s how;
- Insert the HeatStick
- Press and hold the control button
- Device will vibrate and lights will begin turning on one-by-one to show heating has started
- heating takes 40 seconds
- Device will vibrate and lighs will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
- cycle lasts 4 minutes, 10 seconds
- Device will give warning vibration and lights will start flashing before turning off
- Device will vibrate and lights will turn off when cycle ends
- Remove HeatStick
To ensure that your device stays healthy, clean it regularly. GLO Nano is super easy to clean. Just wait for the device to cool, open the heating chamber from both ends, put the cleaning brush in, and sweep away any grime.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
GLO’s brand of HeatSticks are called Neo or NeoStiks. NeoStiks are specifically designed for GLO products. They look a bit like a traditional cigarettes but are much thinner. The ingredient list for NeoStiks does not appear to be public nor does the percentage of nicotine in each stick. GLO Nano does come with a warranty card however terms may vary depending on the country of origin. Most warranties last two years, however some can be as short as 6 months. GLO Nano warranties only cover manufacturer defects. Most warranties are transferable to third parties.
