WOULD WE RECOMMEND?
Cigrig is definitely one of the more powerful devices we’ve tested, officially supporting 30 consecutive uses, but our test users got 37. It also offers a locking feature and automatic cleaning, both of which are quite useful. Unfortunately, this device is just too pricey. It costs more than its worth.

DESIGN: We love this design so much that we awarded Cigrig H1 a Heat180 Design Award! This design is chic and elegant, similar to Lil Solid Plus. It reminds us of the look of a palm leaf or running water. It feels very natural and because of that conveys, without wording, the philosophy behind Heat-not-Burn and harm reduction.
UNBOXING
In your Cigrig H1 kit you will find; the device, the manual, a USB cable, and cleaning sticks.
Once you’ve unboxed your H1 device you can check its charge by pressing the control button once. The color the light flashes indicates what level of charge is still remaining. Dark blue means there is 75% or more charge remaining, light blue means 75%-50%, orange/yellow is 50%-25%, and red means 25% or less. If the color is anything other than dark blue, charge your device by connecting it to a power source via the USB cable. Charging takes approximately 3 hours, 15 minutes .
HOW TO USE
Now you’re all set to use your Cigrig H1 device. Here’s how;
- Unlock by clicking the control button 8 times
- light will flash blue when unlocked
- Insert the HeatStick
- Press and hold control button to turn on
- Device will vibrate and light will begin flashing to show heating has started
- heating takes approximately 15 seconds
- Device will vibrate and light will turn solid when heating is done and device is ready to use
- cycle lasts 4 minutes, 15 seconds
- Device will vibrate and light will turn off when cycle ends
- Remove HeatStick by pushing cap up and pulling HeatStick out
- Lock by clicking the control button 8 times
- light will flash red when locked
Unlock by clicking the control button 8 times
Luckily, Cigrig H1 offers automatic cleaning. To use this feature, press the control button 5 times. The device will vibrate and the light will flash yellow. Automatic cleaning takes approximately 25 seconds.
You also want to clean the device manually. To do so, just grab one of the cleaning sticks, remove the cap, and gently wipe away any dirt or grime that is lingering in the HeatSticks heating chamber.
HEATSTICKS OVERVIEW
The Cigrig brand does not produce their own HeatSticks. Instead, their devices are designed to work with other branded HeatSticks, such as HEETS and Marlboro for IQOS HeatSticks.
