Where does Heat180 Shop ship to? What countries?

Heat180 Shop ships to most countries. There are some products that we cannot ship to certain countries due to that country’s laws regarding Heat-not-Burn. For example, we cannot ship GLO, NeoStiks, or Neo Demi Slim to Australia, but we can ship IQOS and HEETS.

We ship from several locations, depending on the product you order. The main countries we ship from are Russia, China, and Japan.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes, we send you an email with the tracking number once the package has shipped.

Unfortunately, there is a possibility, but this is very rare.

Can my package get seized by customs?

There is a possibility that your package may be seized by customs. This is very rare, but it can happen. Before ordering from Heat180 Shop, check our map of which countries allow Heat-not-Burn and which countries do not. For further confirmation, check with your country’s customs before ordering.

Is there a limit to the number of HeatSticks (tobacco products) that I can order?

There is no limit but depending on the quantity of HeatSticks you order, we may have to send them in several shipments due to restrictions on the amount of tobacco that can be sent in the mail.

I ordered multiple products and only some of them arrived. What do I do?

Because we are shipping from various countries, your order may come in several packages. If this applies to you we will notify you via email. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you!

Does Heat180 Shop do refunds?

No, all sales are final, unless the product was damaged upon arrival.

No, Heat180 Shop does not offer warranties, however most products sold on Heat180 Shop come with manufacturer warranties. If you have any problems with your product, please contact the manufacturer.
